Salon Policies

If you have a fever/illness we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment until you are healthy to protect the health of our staff and customers.

Masks are optional for clients and employees. Please sanitize your hands upon entry.

One person per appointment. No friends or children accompanying you during your visit to minimize people in the salon as we have a smaller space.
* Cancellation/No show Fee *
Your appointments are reserved especially for you and because of this we require a minimum 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes of appointments an hour or longer, and a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes of appointments less than an hour long.

For any appointments if failure to provide the required notice you will be required to pay the full amount for your missed appointment cost to the stylists discretion. (Based on the service & time slot booked.) If left unpaid you will be unable to book future appointments within the salon.

We understand that emergencies do arise and we respectfully ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Fees must be paid before being able to book and can be paid by etransfer, in person, or with a credit card over the phone.
Arrivals / Late arrivals
We ask that you please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to update any changes that may be required for your file, fill out any necessary consent waivers, as well as request changes that you may have during your consultation with your stylist.

Our schedule is designed to permit the correct amount of time needed to complete your service and arriving late may not allow us time to complete your service before our next appointment.
Arriving any more than 5 minutes late may require us to reschedule your appointment for a later date which will result in the cancellation fee .
Every minute counts in our schedules. Running late will run us behind for our enitre day.
Prebooking
We strongly encourage all of our clients to book your appointments as early as possible as well as to pre-book your next visit before you go to avoid any disappointment !
Although we do our best to accommodate any walk in and last minute bookings we cannot guarantee that we can get you in.
Children
As we want everyone to have a pleasant and relaxing experience while they are here, Please do not bring children in to wait for you while you are having a service done for longer appointments, and for the safety of your child we ask that you please do not let your child run around the salon or play with any of the equipment or retail displays as this may cause damage or harm to your child.
